Our Instructors

Our team of instructors are fully qualified and hold nationally recognised qualifications. They are in continual training to stay in touch with modern developments. Our new instructors also recently qualified at BASI Level 1 with a 100% pass rate (click for image)!

David Treger

David started skiing at the age of 19 and subsequently spent five seasons in Val d'Isere in the French Alps. He has been fortunate enough to work with some of the best coaches in the UK and Europe and keeps himself current with latest technique and changes in ski and boot technology. David teaches all levels of skiing and is responsible for the race training and development at Arbroath Ski Club.

Eileen Clark

Eileen joined Arbroath Ski Club in the late 1980's and has been a member ever since. She has held various committee posts, and is currently Club Treasurer. She became a dry slope instructor in 2001 and her favourite ski resort is Courchevel in the French Alps.

Phil Clark

Phil has been a member of Arbroath Ski club since the late 1980's. He has been an instructor since 2001 and is BASI level 2 qualified. He has taught school groups in Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Glenshee!

Les Morrison

Les has been a member of Arbroath Ski Club for 12 years and was elected Chairperson at the AGM in October 2009.
